Program Overview
Since 1981, the North Nashville Outreach Program has existed to provide temporary and emergency material assistance for residents of North Nashville. By assisting in meeting the basic needs of food, shelter and clothing to the residents of North Nashville, the program aims to help people see beyond their immediate needs and how they can create a better future for themselves and their families. Our primary services are distribution of food and clothing. The program also offers temporary emergency financial assistance. In addition, the people served by the North Nashville Outreach Program benefit from case management services and referrals to other community service providers. Our service area covers those living in the zip code areas of 37208, 37228, as well as portions of 37203, 37209 and 37218.
Golden Agers
Seniors are often a population struggling to enjoy life on a fixed income. The Golden Agers Program was created to offer activities for these seniors living in North Nashville. Meetings are held twice a month from March through November at Hadley Park Towers.
