Editha Tuttle Spicer, a caseworker at Catholic Charities of Tennessee in its Clarksville office, recently received an Outstanding Military Spouse Award, recognizing her involvement in the community and on post at Fort Campbell, overcoming the challenges and impact of having a family member serving in the military.
Children in kindergarten through eighth grade, who attend Middle Tennessee public and private schools, created the winning entries in the annual Child Abuse Prevention Poster Contest sponsored by Catholic Charities of Tennessee.
